What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address and profile photo, provided when you sign in (including via Google).
  • Photos you analyse — images you upload, capture with the live camera, or import from Google Drive.
  • Listings you make — the images we create for your product, the look you pick, and the title, description and tags.
  • Analysis results — scores, summaries and recommendations generated for your photos, with the product category and date.
  • Usage data — how many analyses you run each month and your plan, used to apply plan limits.

How your photos are processed

Photos you analyse are stored with our image host and sent to an AI model to generate your report. We currently use Google Gemini, with Groq as a backup when Gemini is unavailable.

Important:analyses on the free plan use Google's free Gemini service. Under Google's terms, content sent to that service may be used by Google to improve its products, and may be reviewed by people. Do not analyse photos containing personal or confidential information.

The listing studiouses Google's paid Gemini service to create your product images and listing text. Under Google's paid terms, this content is not used to train its models. To suggest looks, we send your product photo to Google Lens through Bright Data, and a short text description of your product (never the photo) to Unsplash. Cloudinary removes the background for your main image.

The live camera checks framing and lighting on your device. Camera frames are not uploaded until you capture a photo. Tap-to-track also runs on your device; it downloads a model from Google the first time you use it.

Google Drive

If you import from Google Drive, we request read-only access and only download the file you choose. We do not browse, store or modify anything else in your Drive.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run FrameIQ:

  • Clerk — sign-in and account management.
  • Cloudinary — image storage and background removal.
  • MongoDB Atlas — storage of analysis results and usage.
  • Google (Gemini) — AI analysis of your photos, and your listing images and text.
  • Groq — backup AI analysis when Gemini is unavailable.
  • Bright Data — sends your product photo to Google Lens to find similar product photos.
  • Unsplash — stock photos for looks. It receives a short text description, not your photos.
  • Vercel — hosting.
  • Sentry — error reports, so we can fix problems. These contain technical details, not your photos.

These providers may process data outside your country.
